What is the return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem! Here’s how to return items within 14 days of receiving them:
- Ensure it’s in excellent shape: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Let us know: Drop us a line at suzzcrochet.333@gmail.com to inform us of your return.
- Package it up: Pop the item(s) in a secure package
- Send it back: The sender is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks, so choose a shipping method that allows you to track your parcel.
- Refund time: Once we receive your return and check that everything’s okay, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original delivery cost) to your original payment method.
Important Note: We can’t offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or color, just place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
How recycled cotton behaves over time?
More recently, we introduced a waterproof spray to provide extra protection for the material. However, if you follow the care instructions, it will hold up very well over time.
When will I get my order?
Since some colours are made to order shipping can vary between one to two weeks. But if the order is ready sooner, we will notify you immediately.
