We accept returns on ready-made, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at suzzcrochet.333@gmail.com.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging.

As a small business, we kindly ask that buyers cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return has been shipped, please send the tracking information to suzzcrochet.333@gmail.com.

Important: We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit. For your protection, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Please allow 7-14 days for your pieces to be carefully handmade and shipped to you. If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us via Instagram or email, and we’ll do our best to ship it as quickly as possible.
